More Information
Bakugan Battle Brawlers (??????????? Bakugan Batoru Burorazu?), is a Japanese action adventure anime television series produced by TMS Entertainment and Japan Vistec under the direction of Mitsuo Hashimoto. The story centers on the lives of creatures called Bakugan and the battle brawlers who possess them. Consisting of fifty-two episodes. For reasons yet unknown, the real episode 40 "Until Today From Tomorrow" did not air on the Japanese TV run, but months later was released on DVD Vol.10. The next episode preview at the end of episode 39 for the TV version is different than the one on the DVD. The TV version one shows the preview for episode 41, while the DVD shows the preview for episode 40. Bakugan Battle Brawlers debuted in Japan on TV Tokyo in 2007. Nelvana Limited produced the English language version and premiered the series on the Canadian network Teletoon later the same year. In February 2008 Cartoon Network began airing the series in the United States. In conjunction with the anime series, Sega Toys and Spin Master released a strategic game, called Bakugan, using metal cards and magnetic spring-loaded miniature figures. The latest season of Bakugan is called New Vestroia. The sequel, Gundalian Invaders, is set to broadcast in Spring of 2010
